Myco & Co and Mush-Room Rewards Program

Your Myco & Co and Mush-Room account holds your rewards record. The current earning rate is 1 point per dollar. Each new invoice records its rate. A later change does not alter the points already quoted for that invoice.

How Paid Invoices Earn Points

For a standard invoice, points are calculated from the full total. They become part of your balance when the invoice is marked paid, not when it is first created. Refunding that invoice reverses its earned points.

Earning Points

Earnings are rounded down to the nearest whole point. Orders paid with points do not generate more points.

Redeeming Points

At checkout, "Pay with points" is available only when you can cover the entire invoice. The points price rounds up to a whole point. You cannot split an order between cash and points.

Placing a points order reserves the required balance while its invoice is unpaid. Payment marks those points as spent. Deleting the unpaid order releases its reservation; refunding a paid points order returns the spent points.

How do I join the loyalty program?

Create a Myco & Co and Mush-Room account. Your balance and invoice-based points history will appear in your account dashboard.

How do I earn points?

Standard invoices earn points from the complete invoice total at the active global rate. The invoice snapshots that rate and points become available when payment is confirmed.

How do I pay with points?

Choose Pay with points during checkout when your available balance covers the complete invoice. Mixed cash-and-points payments are not supported.

Why are some of my points pending?

An unpaid standard invoice shows points that can be earned after payment. An unpaid points invoice reserves its points so they cannot be used by another order.

What happens when an invoice is refunded?

Refunding a standard invoice removes the points it earned. Refunding an invoice paid with points restores the points that were spent.

Where can I see my points balance?

Sign in to your Myco & Co and Mush-Room account to see current, available, pending, lifetime earned and lifetime spent points, together with the invoice history.

How Myco & Co and Mush-Room Rewards Works

Your invoices supply the rewards figures. One account history shows reservations, paid earnings, points payments, and refunds together.

Your balance

Your current balance is earned points from paid, non-refunded invoices minus points spent on paid, non-refunded orders. Available points also exclude unpaid-order reservations. If an earning invoice is refunded after its points were used, your balance can fall below zero. Points checkout remains unavailable until enough points are available again.
